I got the code 'Password Expired'

Instruction for Customer Account Access and Refund Initiation:

It appears that the customer's password has expired and they may not have received the Magic Link email to sign in. As an alternative, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Account Portal.

  2. Click on "Wachtwoord vergeten" (Forgot Password).

  3. Follow the instructions provided to reset the password.

  4. Once the password has been reset, log in to the app using the new credentials.

  5. After logging in, the customer can initiate the refund directly through the app.

Please note: It is always advisable for the customer to initiate the refund themselves for security and efficiency.
